Johanna offers private indoor Shamanic Energy Medicine Chakra Clearings and PSYCH-K Belief Shift Sessions to clear body, mind, and spirit. For groups wanting a red rock celebration, Johanna customizes uplifting vortex journeys with or without Yoga. On Nov. 6-9, 2025 and Jan. 1-4, 2026, Johanna is hosting full moon empowerment retreats with activities, lodging, and delicious catered meals. Retreat guests will do Yoga, Meditation, healing exercises, and life coaching indoors and at vortex sites. At both retreats, Johanna will empower each guest by installing bands of power around the chakras in a Shamanic red rock ceremony beneath the light of the full moon. Johanna is the author of Sedona Soul Stretch: 10 Ancient Yoga Principles to Heighten Consciousness and Performance.
