Founded by Nina Mizuno, an Identity Alignment Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Spiritual Guide, Trinity Mystic exists for people whose growth hasn’t yet reached their nervous system. The work is a soul-level integration of neuroscience and mysticism, drawing from hypnotherapy, NLP, parts work, and breathwork, and informed by years of study in Buddhist psychology, shamanic wisdom, and energy medicine.
